Cancellations
MISSED APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION FEES: Punctuality is essential for us to provide the best grooming experience for all of our clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of $35 will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments without notice, will incur a full-service charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure smooth and timely appointments for everyone.​​
